Hi, I’m Cami, founder of Vacation Valet.
As a single mom raising two amazing daughters on Florida’s Gulf Coast, I know that some of life’s best memories are made during simple days at the beach - watching my girls laugh in the waves, hunt for seashells, and enjoy time together.
That’s why we created Vacation Valet.
We know that packing for a beach vacation can be overwhelming. Chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels, beach toys, chargers, and all the little extras quickly add up. Whether you’re visiting for a week or managing a vacation property for guests, our goal is simple: remove the hassle and elevate the experience.
Vacation Valet is a family-owned business built on hospitality, reliability, and attention to detail. Every package is thoughtfully prepared, professionally cleaned, and delivered with the same care we’d want for our own family.

Where do you deliver?
We provide white-glove delivery and curated setup throughout Pensacola Beach. Our valet team handles every detail so your coastal experience is seamless from arrival.
What is your weather policy?
Safety and comfort are our priorities. We follow a 24-hour weather communication policy. Should conditions be deemed unsuitable, we will proactively coordinate a reschedule or adjustment to ensure your experience remains exceptional.
How early should I book?
To ensure availability of our boutique equipment and preferred coordination windows, we recommend reserving your experience at least 2 weeks in advance. Early booking allows us to meticulously prepare for your arrival.
Is pickup included?
Full concierge service includes end-of-day collection. After your experience concludes, our team manages all logistics so you can simply return to your rental without responsibility for the equipment gear.
What time is setup and pickup?
Coordination typically begins in the morning, with collections scheduled for late afternoon or evening. Your specific timing will be confirmed by your valet coordinator prior to delivery for a bespoke experience.
Do I need to be present for setup or pickup?
Your presence is not required. Provided we have clear location details and property access, our team will orchestrate the entire setup and collection discreetly and professionally.
What if my plans change?
We understand the fluid nature of travel. Please notify your valet as soon as possible of any adjustments, and we will translate your needs into an updated itinerary based on availability.
Is gratuity included?
While gratuity is not included or expected, it serves as a meaningful gesture if our team provides exceptional hospitality. Our primary goal is simply your complete relaxation.
Is your equipment cleaned between uses?
Uncompromising hygiene is part of our commitment. Every item is detailed, sanitized, and inspected between experiences to maintain our boutique hospitality standards.
Do you deliver to condos or hotels?
Yes, provided we can coordinate access through property management or dedicated beach access points. Please specify your location when booking for precise coordination.
What is your cancellation policy?
We value flexibility. Cancellations or rescheduling requested at least 48 hours prior to your setup will receive a full refund or future credit. Requests within 48 hours are subject to preparation fees as equipment is curated specifically for your day.
